Made to Order – Limited Edition
Each coat is made to order, especially for you. We work with carefully selected deadstock fabric, which means quantities are very limited. Once the available fabric is gone, this coat will not be restocked.
Production orders close on October 25. All orders will be carefully made and shipped before Christmas.
Fit & sizing
This coat has a slightly oversized fit and runs quite generously. We recommend choosing your usual size or sizing down one size if you prefer a less oversized fit.

Shipping days
After your order, we will ship your package. We ship with Bpost and count on a delivery between 2 to 3 working days. After we hand over the package to Bpost you will receive a track & trace code from then on the responsibility of the number of shipping days is in their hands.

Return policy
Return days
The consumer has the right to inform A Natural Connection (bvba REC) in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product that he or she wishes to renounce his / her purchase, with the exception of the products in the lingerie and swimwear segment which, without exception, can not be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened.
Costs
The costs for the return are for the account and under the responsibility of the consumer.
A Natural Connection (bvba REC) recommends that a courier be used when returning products in order to be able to track the parcel via a Track and Trace number.
Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return by A Natural Connection (bvba REC), provided that all conditions as described are strictly met.
We can not be held responsible for the repayment of goods that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Washing instructions
- Wash at maximum 30 degrees
- You do not need to put them in the dryer. This saves energy and this way your items stay more beautiful over time.
- Do not use fabric softener for items made of bamboo this will damage the fiber.
