1. RETURNS
Wrong size, not satisfied? No stress! We have a 14-day return policy.
You can notify us within 14 calendar days after receiving your package. After notifying us, you have another 14 calendar days to return your items.
Return costs are not included and are at your own expense.
2. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
You can notify us that you would like to return your item by emailing katrien@anc-antwerp.com.
We kindly ask you to return the item in its original condition: unused and undamaged, with the brand tag and original packaging/plastic bag.
Place the item in the original plastic bag and then inside a cardboard box.

We strongly recommend using Track & Trace when returning your package. Without proof of shipment, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages and a refund will not be applicable.
3. EXCHANGES
If you need a different size, colour or item, we do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order and return your original item following the instructions above.
4. REFUNDS
After receiving and checking your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method/IBAN used for your original purchase.
Return costs are not refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Items bought at a stock sale are non-refundable.
